Robert Posted October 13, 2013 Share Posted October 13, 2013 Rachael, I've not encountered this issue myself, but your error "seems" to be the step that the new gallery folder is built. The first thing I would do, if it were me, is to make sure my folder for the "builder" galleries is specified in the admin and that the path is correct. Then, importantly, make sure this folder exists on your server and that it has the correct permissions. You will probably need to make the "builder" folder 777 for it work. Hope that helps.
